The Officers of the Corporation are responsible for the yearly appointment of vacant Board seats, tax filings, and yearly state compliances.

Committees
The following Committees are open to all Members in good standing with the Club and collectively manage all aspects of the Course and report directly to the Board of Directors. Public Relations Committee
Public Relations Committee drafts the copy for all publications and communications to individuals and groups both inside and outside of FSW. Committee will organize and implement fundraising opportunities, sponsorship opportunities, press releases, and manage the FSW website, facebook page and all other digital communications, chaired by Anne Reese.
Tournaments and Events Committee
Tournaments and Events Committee will plan, alter, create, advertise and oversee all tournaments and events at Sedgley. This includes Tags, monthly tournaments, yearly tournaments, pop-up tournaments, and all organized parties and events at the Course, chaired by Chris Robbins.
Course Management Committee
Course Management Committee will be responsible for the overall management of Sedgley Woods; signage, port-a-potties, trash and recycling, management of storage containers and keys, basket locks and keys, management of permanent structures, Kiosks, tee pads, tee signs and hole modifications, chaired by Stu Kaplan & Jay Jay Robinson.
Bylaws Committee
Bylaws Committee will finalize and oversee the FSW 501(c)(3) Bylaws, Constitution and Mission Statement recommending amendments where needed to the Board of Directors, chaired by Joel Pielacha.
Exploratory Committee
Exploratory Committee will explore and evaluate potential expansion areas on the current layout of Sedgley as well as additional properties located throughout the City, chaired by John Stash.
Tags Committee
Tags committee is a 6 person group chaired by Dave Woods and joined by two board members, Chris Heckman and Eryck Bevan as well as 3 non-board member Tag holders. This committee is responsible for all tag decisions moving forward.
